Event and Registration Policy
We are required to provide a firm, final number of reservations [to the catering venue] by noon the Friday before the Luncheon, and we are held to that number. This is why reservations, vegetarian requests, and cancellations must be made by this deadline. Once your reservation/prepayment is made and this deadline has been reached, you are responsible for payment whether or not you attend this includes pre-paid luncheons as well. Payment must be made prior to the event via ChamberMaster, credit card (Visa or MasterCard), call the Twinsburg Chamber or pre-paid luncheon program.
Event registration refunds:
Requested refunds will only be given before the posted event deadline.
Event No Shows:
No shows with RSVP for any meeting or event will be invoiced with a $5.00 surcharge including lunch payment.
A $35.00 fee will be charged for all returned checks.
The Chamber will credit your Chamber account with a "refund credit". You can use this credit for any upcoming Chamber luncheon or event. If the refund is over $100.00, we will credit your bank card/account.
